001. I only accept sites that are at least 2 months old though Coming Soon or Brand new sites may only order Layout package #001

002. Site should not contain any pornographic, offensive, stolen materials.

003. No sites hosted on free servers/hosts. (i.e Geocities, Freewebs, etc.)

004. I do not recreate other designers' work so please don't bother asking.

005. Images provided must be High quality. Other than that you may give me a URL gallery so that I can choose which pictures I could use for your order.

006. Multiple orders are accepted but no more than 2 per person. If you'd like to order more than 2 please be considerate of the time and order again when I have finished your first set of orders.

007. Make sure you have good knowledge of FTP/HTML because I won't have the time to help you for that.

008. Do not ask me to edit the layout again when you have seen it. Editing would only be done if I have committed mistakes or errors on the graphic.

009. Don't try to edit, redistribute, or own the layout I made for you. (you can ask me to modify it but I'll only be able to make small changes, I am not willing to do it all over again for you.)

010. Credit/Link back within the sidebar is still mandatory whenever you're already using the layout.

011. Lastly, Make sure you use the package you have ordered! Bear in mind, that I do these services for FREE and I spare a lot of my time in making your orders without any charges. (also remember that not all Layouts & Codings would be that good and clear so if you get quickly disappointed then you're better off ordering from someone else. Though I assure you that I do my very best in making the designs/coding high quality as possible)

001. Pages are coded using tables & divs. Pages have .php extension and includes a header and a footer. Though an .html version would also be given. (to those who do not know how to work with .php files and its commands, I strongly suggest that you stick with the html coding)

002. I will give you 7 days to put the layout up. If 7 days has pass and you have not put the layout onto your site, you will be warned and an extension of another 3 days would be given. If you still haven't successfully used the layout after the deadline you would be sent an email and be written on the blacklist.

003. Please notify me if the layout is up. I would really appreciate it.

004. Layouts would usually be done within a week or less than that. At times, it would be much longer but not more than a week. If ever I extend to that time, I'll probably be contact you so I could notify of when I would be finished with the order.

Consequences for not following the rules would be either termination of order or being written on the blacklist. It depends on which particular rule you broke.
